(Note: You will need to assemble this in steps.)
Get your grill ready!!!!!
Thin Pizza Crust: Put pizza crust on a pizza pan and brush with olive oil. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for about 3-5 minutes.
Frying Pan: Cook ground beef until there is no more pink in meat. Drain and set aside. Mix in package of taco seasoning and about 1/2 cup of water (more as needed). Drizzle olive oil in pan. Sauté onions and peppers. Set aside.
Assemble: Take baked pizza crust and layer taco sauce (as much or little as you like), cooked ground beef, black beans (use amount you like), shredded mozzarella, shredded Mexican cheese.
Grill: Take grill pan with taco pizza and grill approximately 5 minutes on low. Watch it! Keep checking pizza. When done to your liking and cheeses are all melty, take off grill with grill gloves. Let cool for a few minutes. Then add shredded lettuce, tomato, peppers, onions and sour cream. Use any toppings you like. Be creative. This is fun!
Love it!
